Day1️⃣8️⃣. My core is not strong, so those core days are especially difficult for me, but I made it, with modifications, but still. And hay, I am not even fully done with Week 3, but I already lost 8cm in my waist, this is unbelievable! And the affirmation is I am honest! I want to be honest with myself and hear my true self and my inner whys. Being honest is a big part of being healthy and happy! 💕💕
