I've been doing my weight along side of my usual doctor. He's actually gained, and I've been losing weight! I started this awhile ago, at 102 kg and currently 88 kg. I am currently up to the Keto diet, and have been following it for about 3 months, so it's only changed a couple of kgs or so. But the great thing is it's going down each month slowly. A loss is a loss. Anyone here doing the Keto? I find it's very good at losing weight, but, I love the feeling of being on it. It makes my usual food choices easy to do as long as I plan a day or two ahead of time. I am lucky that my husband likes to cook the evening meals, and usually we have something quite healthy, such as meat and vegetables.
