Day8️⃣. Here we are, Week 2. Surprisingly, I didnt gain over the weekend although I was off diet, but was trying to be moderate with all the food. Today's affirmation is I am forgiving. Being forgiving goes hand in hand with gratitude for me. If I focus on being grateful for what I have, I am forgiving if something doesnt go the way it should or planned and I forgive myself for lack of discipline sometimes, or for eating that little something (thats why counting calories give you a bit of freedom). For instance, I learned that one macaroon is same in calories as a glass of buttermilk (that I drink if I feel hungry, but no food allowed). I thought it was interesting. But overall, the past 6 days without sugar made me so much more productive, positive and energetic!
76.8 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
