Almost 180 days post-op (gastric sleeve surgery) and I'm finally under 300 lbs! FINALLY!

135.1 kg Lost so far: 24.1 kg. Still to go: 53.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.4 kg a Week
