darn it! another lb heavier since yesterday. not surprising though since i could not stop snacking! nothing was satisfying me, it seemed. didn't give in to any sweets, thankfully. the closest to sweets were apples and almond butter. now that the work week has started, my weight should start going down. i'm always better during the workdays.
