今天晚餐自己蒸一塊雞胸肉(昨天醃醬油蒜頭)加大白菜電鍋蒸
喝了一杯無糖青茶
下午嘴饞吃了無糖優格加百香果跟冷凍野莓
嘴饞吃了一小包的ㄋㄟㄋㄟ補給站
妹妹給我吃了2小塊的便當裡的日式唐揚雞
