I see changes in my waistline especially, since beginning a very strict low carb way of eating on Jan 1st. I have cheated a few times, but I'm sticking with it at least until April 1st as I'm doing a 90 day Low Carb Challenge. Having that goal makes it easier to keep going. Hopefully by then my body will have changed enough where I am encouraged to continue. I do eat much less now, as before I would carb overload on the daily! Only down 3 lbs since I began, but at least I'm not going up. I cannot let the scale discourage me.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
