Yeah! Another pound bites the dust. Lovin' this new WOE.

Celebrated by going with hubby and son to the bowling alley for a little friendly family competition. Despite the abysmal weather, it was a good day. :)
82.3 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
