Put on a pound, but hard to say if that was muscle gain...hopefully. I've been hitting the gym much more frequently the last 2 weeks and am hoping to gain some muscle. What I really need is some way to measure my body fat percentage. At this point that would be the best thing for me. As long as I'm losing body fat percentage, I don't mind if I gain a few pounds - that would mean that it is muscle.
71.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
