I do not usually check my weight more than once a week. It tends to be counterproductive overall. But after losing so little weight last week I couldn't resist today jumping on the scale. I guess the weight loss was just a few days delayed. Now I feel a bit more positive.
137.0 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 46.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
