Lost 10-12 lbs of body fat in 1-2 mos. Resistance training 6 days / week. Steady state cardio (fast walk) daily. No running or other high intensity cardio, which would be detrimental. Calories, carbs, protein increased. Fat decreased. 1 to 1.5 gal water daily. There is a formula and it works if you are consistent.
