Been working out daily. 2nd time today with jogging in it. 5 min warmup 3 mins jog 2 mins slower 3 min jog till I have 15 mins of jogging in.
71.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
