By the end of this year, I shall reach below 65Kgs. - I don’t know if anybody knows about this or not but I’ve never worked out throughout this weight loss journey, I just worked on my diet and was not lethargic/was partially active. - I went from consuming 5000+ calories/per day to 1500/2000 calories/per day.
