今天莫名就↓了0.6⋯⋯
感覺是假象,明天可能就回來了😅
昨天晚上還吃了油滋滋的烤鴨欸!
我不喜歡體重下太快,
因為減的都是肌肉💪🏻⋯⋯金母湯
