I've been eating at maintenance for the last week while visiting my mom, so I am very pleased.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

what does eating at maintenance mean? I'm new to this...

In settings I recalulated my RDI from weight loss to maintain weight. So the idea is my calorie intake is higher because I'm not actively trying to lose weight. For instance my weight loss RDI is 1700 a day but maintenance is 2200! Very handy for weeks were you know you won't be stict with your diet but also don't want to undo your progress.
