Bought Wii Golds Gym Cardio Workout. It seems ok. Starts out with boxing type movements . That seems fine for me for now as leg type exercises are much harder for me. Arm movements seem to be more appealing to me right mow.
116.3 kg Lost so far: 19.3 kg.    Still to go: 43.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
