Hello and Happy Tuesday FS!
Whoa...quite a drop for me and I’m not sure why. Even got on the scale a number of times. I have been busy as all get out and have increased my calories a bit.
So, looking at my BMI, I’m still obese. I still remember when my doctor first uttered the word! Getting to my original goal, I’m still classified as overweight. Oh joy... So, in order to be classified “normal”, I need to lose an additional 14 or 15 pounds. Just when I was feeling like I looked pretty good! Lol! So, I’m going to leave my goal as is. Once I reach it, I will set a new goal. Maybe it won’t be so daunting!
