It's been a crazy week. I had an appointment with the doctor (orthopedic) and weighed 285.2. 😩! But.... I weighed myself this morning, 279.1! FINALLY, got below the 280's!! My pre-op visit is in July, and surgery is set for August 3rd. I think I can get way below the 270 the doctor asked for by then! I've been craving spicy 🔥 foods that I normally don't eat. Pepper jack cheese for one. I made some turkey tacos last night, and was out of seasoning, so made my own, and found the cayenne pepper in the cupboard I had forgotten! Happy camper last night,lol!
