I lost another half a pound since I started having a super high protein shake for breakfast. Are these related who knows, but I plan to stick with it for awhile and see what happens. My mini goal is to have lost a total of 100 pounds by my birthday on March 12, 6 pounds to go.
73.3 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

CONGRATS on the weight loss! I know I do way better starting the day with good protein. I also tend to stay full longer so tend to eat less without really trying. I generally start my day with eggs or a cold piece of chicken.{{{hugs}}}
