A little surprised actually at the 190.6 weigh in as I expected to have gone up to 193 after hitting 100% RDI yesterday. So I am down 0.6 and am now 0.6 from my goal. This will be the last weigh in until Monday morning. I will be ice fishing for the weekend which I am sure will mean some grazing time to go with all the sitting. I'll have to be sure to take a few breaks for walks, a good work out in snow and on ice.
