The weekend of no alcohol and upping the anti pulled off. I have been making mini goals and being at this particular weight means it's time to buy a new sports bra !
65.8 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
