Well, Hello my good friends!!
I should have been back sooner. It has definately gotten out of control for me. I am begining detox today.
I have been working more lately. One of the girls had a baby and I filled in for her and now the other girl is in early labor and not due until June 17th. So she is on full bed rest in the hospital. I have to get back on the right track before I do any more damage. I am very unhappy with myself, but I am trying to not dwell on it and move ahead.
I am so appreciative of all of my friends on here and I know that I should have been back sooner. I think I was in denial. I needed to jump on the scale sooner too.
Well, enough of that. I'm glad to be back and I have started recording again today.
