What I’m doing isn’t working. I keep hovering in the 140 lbs and want to be 130-135 lbs. I cut my calories to 1500-1700 and work out four to five days a week. For workouts I run about 3-4 miles or do strength training workout videos for 30 to 45 minutes. I guess my metabolism has decreased now that I’m getting closer to 40. Should I try intermittent fasting not eating from 8pm to 12pm? Has anyone had success with this? Any suggestions?
