上週日72kg是早餐飯後量,今日早餐飯後是71.4kg。這週都沒吃啥澱粉,有的話是馬鈴薯跟兩口義大利麵。週三有破功吃了炸物、韓國年糕、幾口石鍋拌飯。繼續加油!
