Alright, so instead of comparing today's weight against yesterday's weight I'm going to start counting back 7 days from today and compare it to that weight. I know weighing in everyday is inevitably frustrating but it keeps me honest. That was one hard ass pound to lose though- woot
65.2 kg Lost so far: 22.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
