Wahoo!!! Finally weight loss. OK you were all right just a little flux. You have my permission to remind me often not to focus on the now, but to focus on the process. How long will I have to do this before it sinks in. I just get caught up in wanting a loss every day and not is not realistic. Good day today. I am going to my miniature club. Talk to you all later.
