由於上大夜班
早上 水煮 吃完睡覺到晚上
午餐省了 拿來補眠 能睡就不吃...🤣
晚上吃芭樂 喝2000ml water
然後聞休息室 處處充滿誘人食物香味 (嘆~
煎熬又佩服自己😳
