Don't sabotage yourself! 4 lbs up isn't a big deal so you need to relax! Whatever you're stressed about isn't going to go away if you eat more, it'll only get worse. Remember how great it feels to eat well and be in control and keep that feeling in your head all day. You can change this around. I'm confident you can do it!
