wow I had a really bad week and weekend. I ate so much junk I can't believe that I gained so much weight. back on track today and hitting the gym like crazy.
53.5 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
