Down another tad. At least I’m moving in the right direction! I had a hungry day yesterday so I ate a big lunch. It worked!
I will be out running errands today so I think I will have a big breakfast/brunch before I leave. I haven’t been out and about much since Covid so it seems odd once I do leave the house. I’m fortunate, since I’m retired, that I don’t have to go out much or go to work. I have had both of my vaccines but I will mask up and conquer my errands.
