My goal was to lose 10 lbs. a month. I only have 3 more days to lose 3 more lbs. If I don't then at least I know I tried. I counted my carbs, my calories and exercised. I ate new foods that are healthy and not my food of choice like tofu...but I did it and I'm lighter because of it. I love the support my sisters have given me being on FATSECRET makes it a fun way to see what we are eating and if we are exercising so it makes us accountable.
Can't wait for next week!
87.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
