I am doubtful I will meet one of my challenges of losing 20 lbs by Christmas! But I am close.. I am recovering from food poisoning and that has really set me back.
89.3 kg Lost so far: 18.2 kg.    Still to go: 19.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
