昨晚水煮小黃瓜和花椰菜 🥒🥦
整碗都滿滿綠色 我覺得很健康啊😳
被男友說: 也太綠了吧!🤣
再多加水煮蛋或地瓜

下班 夜間跑步3.35公里 晚餐❌
