Entered OWL this week...and have held steady at 187. Hmm. Interesting turn of events.
My NET carb intake for the past few days has been just over 25...at 27, or today it was 28 (supposedly, but I think my carb count for the Applebee's Caesar Salad I ate included carbs for croutons, which I didn't eat, so it should be lower.)
I'll hold the course for rest of this week, but if everything else levels off, I may drop back into Induction Phase carb levels again.
I also need to do a little exercise beyond my daily activities, even though my net kcal results are down each day (burning more than consuming). I haven't done that yet; still looking for the motivation that "demands" the time. LOL
