The journey continues...last week I spent all my awake time at work or church. However, I stayed on program. I did not get any formal exercise, but I was busy and on my feet from 8am till 10pm most days. The scale is headed back in the right direction. This week has been super busy too. I was at the church till 9:30 on Monday night & Tuesday night I spent cleaning house. I now have a clean kitchen (even under the fridge)! Today I will clean the living room, bath room & bedroom. If my daughter works tonight I will walk the mall while waiting for her to get off work. If not I may count my housework as exercise as it is cold outside!
