Naik lagi akibat benerin kalori. Karena kemarin2 sll makan dibawah BMR (1700) cuma 1100-1300kal, padahal TDEE 2500. Salah hitung dan kurang ilmu diet hehehe. Alhasil berimbas pada siklus mensku yg sudah mulai lancar ehhh skrg telat lg 🥲 skrg masukin 1800 masih diatas bmr dan dibawah tdee. Agak banyak cuttingnya, tp mari kita coba 🤗
