Haven't been able to work out this month -.- due to an injury. But, I am still losing weight because I am making better choices with what I eat. I will meet my goal of 190 by the end of the month. So excited! 60ish pounds to go. Think I might reach my goal weight before the end of the year! Slow and steady wins the race (^.^)/

Exercise certainly speeds things along, but as long as you are keeping the calories low, the weight will come off. And smart you for working around your injury instead of sitting on the couch noshing on chips!
