Kl diet pasti ada masanya sesekali naik atau ga ada perubahan apalagi buat yg cewek2 pas pms 😅. Biasanya badannya jenuh jadi ada baiknya sesekali cheat day baru atur kalori lagi. Semangat ya 💪🏻
