爹娘出去玩回來
帶了🌈傳統冰棒🌈

好久沒吃冰了,猛然一吃好甜阿😝

還是蜂蜜好吃,
舌頭不會卡這種死甜😼

今天要吃咖哩,結果🍎剛吃完了,沒水果味就選咖啡和優酪乳味了,馬鈴薯上次剖到出青的,就沒敢再繼續吃了。

拿皇帝豆取代了馬鈴薯(´ω`)
咖哩是冰箱裡用剩的料理塊

好想念咖裡粉阿~~~(立體環繞
今天的我超級化工阿~~(立體環繞
但真香阿阿阿~~~~~🌺

昨天爆1700,沒肥,
但我感覺不太妙,我的第n感告訴我,想減脂千萬別繼續下去😏✨

所以還是繼續吃12~15吧~
