I'm 38, a mom of 4 and a wife. I've been a stay at home mom for almost 13 years, but before Covid I had gone back to work as a communications specialist for 2 years. it was really exciting to start something new. When Covid hit I had to stay home again. I gained the most weight i have ever been during this time. Im done with that! Now I'm consistently working out, eating better and trying to lose weight. It's taken some discouraging turns to find what works, but slowly and surely it's happening. I am pre diabetic so I have to watch my carb and sugar intake. I'm starting to love working out again like I did years ago. I feel stronger. Thank you to all of you who share your story. It's encouraging to see I'm not alone.
