Yesterday, IF, triceps, 112 protein, 118 fat, 43 carbs, turkey and Swiss, spinach dip and crisps, butter, muscle milk, chopped salad, olives, string cheese, progranola, nuts before bed
71.8 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
