Well I'm back up a pound probably TOM rearing his ugly head! I'm almost done with the caramel topping that has 11 net carbs a serving! I was losing drinking it though. That's nice to know that I can lose weight with so many carbs but I will bring them back down a bit when I finish this topping! I have to find Torani or Davinci caramel syrup for my coffee. It won't be as nummy but much better with zero carbs!
108.0 kg Lost so far: 35.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
