Well I am stuck it seems. Can’t seem to move the scales!! What can I do. ??

Are you weighing/measuring/tracking all your food and staying within your calorie limit? You can't fix what you don't know. As soon as I start guessing or "just have a little here, a little there", I run into problems

only thing to do is what my apostle said repeatedly "stay the course". he's gone home to be with the lord now. but timeless words.
