不是都說,姨媽來時,要避免下腹用力和做劇烈運動咪(´ω`)?

我姨媽來也照樣跑步🤗其實只要不會不舒服,都是ok的!而且運動會讓血循更好,感覺排得更乾淨😂😂😂
