Essa semana treinei mais pesado. Usei 120% da carga máxima que estou habituado a treinar. Os aeróbicos permaneceram a mesma coisa. As calorias mantive as mesmas 2800 kcal. Cintura diminuiu 1cm, chegando a 85cm. Peso diminuiu 1,6kg de 84,9 para 83,3. Foco🎯💪🏻
