Down more... bought some sugar free caramel topping for my coffee without looking at the net carbs, scanned it in, the person that entered it put total carbs and didn't subtract the sugar alcohols and nearly gave me a heart attack yesterday... I fixed it this morning and low and behold I need to stick to the Torani or Davinci stuff because it's still high in carbs... I'm not letting it go bad though so will finish it off and never buy it again LOL...
108.9 kg Lost so far: 34.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

LOL I know right! Good to hear from you Steph! I had a good weekend, went and took a class at Verizon on using my new Droid 2 Global. I ended up showing other people how to do stuff because she wasn't understanding the employee trying to show her. LOL Oh well gotta love the smart phone!!!
