晚餐會吃軟的和不刮胃的,
後踩一個小時消食

動3~4天大概率會酸痛1~2天捏😕
酸痛了到底要不要繼續操練捏?

我如果是手腳酸痛,隔天會繼續練,其他部位則會改做緩和一些的運動,或休息1~2天。🙂

痠痛地方不建議練 他需要休息😀 可以換地方 輪流痠痛😂
