今天吃爆日💖歡呼!!

要大吃好想念的飯飯!
一大早炒燉紅酒肉燥,
中午爽吃三碗。🎉🎊🎉

開場先來顆水煮蛋開開胃,香QQ的芋香米混糙米,蓋上淡淡酒香,甜且微辣並濃稠的純酒肉燥,中場親戚種的有機燙蔬菜洗洗嘴,結尾芭樂清爽一下,喝杯白開水撐撐胃,人生圓滿了😍

終於有點吃飽的感覺喏~~~*
(小聲說)

晚餐會吃比較少,有媽咪燉的白斬雞和大白菜,還要再配吃一碗🌈

負情緒一掃而空,可以繼續努力了!
