今天下午和老婆一起運動 從公館跑到大稻埕一共十公里,心血來潮想去西門町走一走,於是從大稻埕走到西門町,吃了府城肉粽與碗粿及魚丸湯,一路再走回永和,好累喔!走了將近十公里,小腿酸到不行,到家時,身體都發臭了!洗個熱水澡,消除疲勞的身體,感覺真是充實,秤了體重,80.8公斤,比早上減少300克,沒什麼瘦到,最近感覺要瘦下去真的不容易,天氣冷,口慾難以控制😭
