Day 13 • Super makin susah loss weight yaa, karena selama 13 Hari olahraga, rest baru kemarin tapi otot perut shapingnya mulai bagus. kebentuk di otot, badan jadi super sehat alhamdulillah walau defisit kalori. Bismillah tetap konsisten
